Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading small to mid-size programs end to end, from planning through execution and delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; translate data into actionable narratives for varied audiences.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and competing priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Interest in applying AI/GenAI tools to improve speed and quality of insight generation.
• Attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to work independently with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute program management work and tasks (about 70%), coordinating workstreams across teams.
• Provide regular status updates on progress, issues, risks, and concerns to stakeholders.
• Create clear communication materials (status updates, playbooks, RASCI) for stakeholders.
• Develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize milestones.
• Monitor progress against milestones, timelines, specs, and requirements.
• Own Jira intake/tracking hygiene and drive process improvements and automation within MPO.
• Build and maintain dashboards and data sources (Marketplace Health Dashboard, SQL views, Tableau connections).
• Identify trends and risks through data analysis, applying AI-assisted tools to accelerate insights, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Own the MPO dashboard/metrics catalog lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and trustworthiness.
• Triage ad hoc data/dashboard requests against the roadmap.
