This role requires visible leadership, barrier removal, and a focus on continuous process improvement across safety, production, and quality domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead change, develop teams, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership to empower employees to work safely and comply with regulations.
• Oversee production planning, delivery targets, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance to improve flow.
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions to improve productivity and schedule attainment.
• Lead lean initiatives and continuous improvement to reduce waste and costs.
• Manage site financial performance and budget attainment.
• Develop leaders, foster inclusion, and build a high‑performing culture.
