Job summary

Balanced Body is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Program Manager to coordinate multiple concurrent product releases from planning through launch. You will guide engineering, production, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to hit deadlines and stay within resource constraints.

The role emphasizes a portfolio view, risk management, and go-to-market coordination, with a focus on hands-on manufacturing and physical product exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 8+ years in program or project management coordinating multiple releases.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the master program schedule across multiple concurrent product releases.
• Direct cross-functional teams day to day and hold contributors accountable to deadlines.
• Escalate cross-project conflicts and manage competing priorities diplomatically.
• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple releases from handoff to launch.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and resource conflicts.
