Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven track record collaborating across groups to drive clarity and rhythm of business.
• Strong change management mindset and business acumen to adapt across diverse offerings.
• Experience managing matrixed organizations and driving cross-team programs to outcomes.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global strategic initiatives and programs aligned with sales and enablement teams.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communications strategies.
• Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support.
• Drive projects with ROB, governance, and change impact assessment; monitor program execution.
