Job summary

SAP America, Inc. is hiring a Senior Project Management Specialist to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects at our Bellevue, WA location in a hybrid work model.

The role requires strong leadership, budget and risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Communications, and executive stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and value creation. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Communications, Marketing, or a related field and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Communications, Marketing, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project/program estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Conduct risk analysis and monitor progress against milestones and budgets.
• Define deliverables, manage budgets, and ensure milestones are met.
• Provide leadership throughout the project/program lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance outcomes and efficiency.
• Manage vendor tasks and review deliverables, ensuring alignment with plans.
