Xometry is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Operations to oversee cross-functional programs that enhance operational efficiency and scalability in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. You will partner with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program or project management, a bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in program/project management, operations or supply chain.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to drive improvements.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure program success and identify optimization opportunities.
• Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and identify automation opportunities.
• Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.
