Job summary

Xometry is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Operations to oversee cross-functional initiatives that boost operational efficiency and support growth in advanced manufacturing. You will lead programs from initiation to delivery and partner with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Expect to develop KPIs, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in operations or supply chain
• Ability to lead large cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated budgeting, scheduling, and scope management
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cross-functional operational programs from initiation to delivery
• Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to drive improvements
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure program success and identify improvements
• Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks
• Act as liaison between stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables
