You will partner with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to drive measurable results and oversee budgets, timelines, and risk management.

The role requires at least 5 years of program or project management experience in operations or supply chain, with travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement improvements.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify optimization opportunities.
• Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and identify automation opportunities.
• Champion lean principles and best practices across the organization.
