Job summary

Xometry, a leading on-demand manufacturing marketplace, is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Operations to oversee cross‑functional initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Success to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will develop and monitor KPIs, create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and drive lean practices across the organization. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.
• Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
• Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.
