Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Program Manager for Strategic Operations to lead cross-functional programs in a fast-paced digital manufacturing marketplace. You will drive operational efficiency, scalability, and measurable outcomes across product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success.

You will manage end-to-end programs, partner with teams to implement improvements, develop KPIs, build detailed plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks while traveling up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
• Partner with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements that produce measurable results.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and surface opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Build detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines stay on track.
