Job summary

Kroger Health seeks a strategic programs leader to oversee Food as Medicine, Pharmacy Clinical Services Programs and other Kroger Health initiatives. You will drive growth, profitability, and client satisfaction, coordinating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and external partners.

The role requires strong analytics, contract negotiation, and cross-functional leadership to position Kroger Health as the partner of choice for community healthcare programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years analytics experience in healthcare or retail.
• 5+ years program/account management in healthcare or grocery.
• Experience with contract negotiation and NDA/procurement processes.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and execution plans for Kroger Health Strategic Programs.
• Drive revenue and growth for early-stage programs.
• Manage operations, implementation, and reporting for programs.
• Negotiate contracts to improve profitability and outcomes.
• Track KPIs and report performance; coordinate with Finance, Legal, and partners.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct quarterly business reviews.
