Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs to drive differentiation through program design, partnerships and execution in at-Home Solutions. You will own build-out of programs, manage external partners, and deliver dashboards to measure success, with cross-functional collaboration across Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Operations.

This role emphasizes strategic thinking, project management, and the ability to translate market insights into scalable programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–12 years of experience in healthcare strategy or programs.
• Experience with health plans and direct-to-consumer programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Applies strong interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, market expertise, and financial and business acumen to inform program design and execution.
• Fosters key relationships with external partners who are critical to overall program design and execution; informs design of partnership approach and corresponding agreements.
• Collaborates with cross functional stakeholders including Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to gain internal alignment.
• Leads and owns execution of programs in partnership with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Works with leadership and peers to define the build out of program performance tracking and analytics reports and dashboards.
• Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments, liaise with partners, and assess new opportunities.
