You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating across sales, marketing, solutions, and operations to keep programs on time and aligned with strategic priorities. You will turn project status into clear visuals for leaders, manage risks, and drive accountability without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including leading multiple high-visibility initiatives.
• Proven success working in a large, highly matrixed organization.
• Experience building and presenting project readouts and status updates to senior audiences.
• Strong visual communication skills, with advanced PowerPoint and experience creating dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for a portfolio of large, high-visibility initiatives across the Health Systems segment.
• Define scope, goals, success measures, workplans, and timelines with executive sponsors.
• Coordinate across sales, marketing, solutions, executive, and operations teams to deliver seamless results.
• Track milestones, budgets, dependencies, and outcomes, and report on results when each initiative closes.
• Build project readouts and executive summaries for senior leaders.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and drive them to resolution.
• Run effective project meetings, working sessions, and decision forums.
