Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead high-visibility initiatives across the Health Systems segment. You will partner with executives to define scope, goals, and timelines, and manage multiple initiatives with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and with impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience leading multiple high-visibility initiatives.
• Proven success in a large, matrixed organization.
• Experience presenting project readouts to senior audiences.
• Strong visual communication skills with dashboards and executive visuals.
• Knowledge of project tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana or similar).
• Willingness to travel for customer events (up to 20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PM for a portfolio of large initiatives across Health Systems.
• Define scope, goals, success measures, workplans and timelines with sponsors.
• Plan and deliver initiatives from kickoff to close, including events.
• Coordinate across sales, marketing, solutions, exec, and operations.
• Track milestones, budgets, dependencies, and outcomes; report on results.
