You will serve as the single accountable owner, bringing structure to complex programs, aligning stakeholders, and delivering clear, visual status to inform decisions at the executive level. Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including leading multiple high-visibility initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong presentation skills with experience delivering to senior/executive audiences.
• Experience building and presenting project readouts and status updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for a portfolio of large, high-visibility initiatives.
• Partner with executive sponsors to define scope, goals, success measures, workplans, and timelines.
• Coordinate across sales, marketing, solutions, executive, and operations teams to deliver results.
• Track milestones, budgets, dependencies, and outcomes, and report on results.
• Hold cross-functional teams to timelines and commitments; escalate when needed.
• Build project readouts, status updates, and executive summaries for leaders.
