Responsibilities include end-to-end management, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and executive-ready readouts. Travel to customer events may be required; PMP or PgMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including leading multiple high-visibility initiatives.
• Proven ability to present readouts and status updates to senior/executive audiences.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and experience creating executive-ready dashboards and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for a portfolio of large, high-visibility initiatives in Health Systems.
• Partner with executive sponsors to define scope, goals, and timelines.
• Plan and deliver initiatives from kickoff through execution and close-out, including customer-facing programs and events.
• Coordinate across sales, marketing, solutions, and operations to deliver seamless results.
• Track milestones, budgets, dependencies, and outcomes; report results at close.
• Establish and improve PM standards, templates, and tools; capture lessons learned.
