Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations, or related field.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs.
• Experience translating strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact programs spanning multiple teams and organizations.
• Partner with senior leaders, customers, and key stakeholders to align priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure alignment through execution.
• Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders with clear recommendations.
• Establish governance, success metrics, and executive visibility into progress.
• Use data to identify opportunities and inform priorities and investments.
• Drive cross-functional change and process improvements.
• Lead through influence without direct authority.
• Mentor program teams and promote strong program management practices.
