Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in Program Management or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple organizations.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and software lifecycles.
• Ability to drive execution in fast-moving environments with many stakeholders.
• Experience developing program plans, tracking execution, dependencies, and risks.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making with strong communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus.
• Customer-focused with balance of technical and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution and delivery.
• Define goals, milestones, success metrics, and execution plans aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate engineering, product, operations, and customer success teams to deliver impact.
• Drive governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
