Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to drive complex engineering engagements across OCI customers. The role blends cloud architecture with technical leadership and strong program management to turn priorities into coordinated execution.

You will work with OCI Product Engineering, systems integrators, Oracle delivery services, and account teams to move strategic workloads into production and ensure timely delivery of milestones and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud architecture and large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with OCI or another major public cloud platform.
• Ability to drive complex technical programs spanning customers, engineering, partners, and delivery organizations.
• Experience with enterprise migration, modernization, cloud-native, AI, or data workloads.
• Ability to work with Product Engineering on gaps, roadmap dependencies, escalations, and new capabilities.
• Ability to manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Strong communication of complex programs to engineering and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical initiatives from architecture and planning through production adoption.
• Translate customer priorities into clear technical plans with milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Coordinate customer engineering teams, SI partners, Oracle delivery services, and OCI engineering around a common execution plan.
• Drive technical evaluations, migrations, modernization efforts, and new workload adoption.
• Maintain ownership and accountability for engineering commitments.
• Provide concise reporting to technical and executive stakeholders.
