HP, Inc. seeks a Strategic Programs Manager to lead governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement across Product Engineering and key partners.

You will establish operating mechanisms for prioritization, decision-making, and execution, connecting business, engineering, operations, and executives to align on strategic priorities. In this role you will drive cross-functional forums, manage dependencies, and provide executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in technology organizations.
• Experience influencing across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, operating models, and planning processes.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and drive data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with engineering, product, operations, and business leadership teams.
• Proven track record of driving organizational alignment and execution at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate governance processes that support strategic planning and execution across HPS Product Engineering and partner organizations.
• Establish and facilitate regular prioritization and planning forums.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making and issue resolution.
• Maintain visibility into strategic initiatives, dependencies, risks, and commitments.
