Job summary

Goosehead Insurance Agency LLC in Westlake, TX seeks a Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver strategic programs across departments. You will translate objectives into actionable initiatives, manage milestones and budgets, and communicate program health to executives.

The role requires strong Agile/Hybrid delivery experience, proficiency with Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet, and the ability to influence without formal authority while driving continuous improvement and customer-focused

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, management, information systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of program, project, or cross-functional initiative experience.
Experience presenting to executive leadership is a plus.
PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic program roadmaps aligned with priorities.
Translate objectives into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate multiple projects while focusing on overall program success.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Partnerships, IT, Marketing, Ops, Sales.
Prepare executive dashboards, updates, and risk reports.
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans for programs.
Drive governance and adoption of standardized processes.
Promote continuous improvement and AI-enabled automation.
