Intapp is seeking a Client Services Strategy Lead to partner with the SVP CS and leadership team, shaping multi-year roadmaps, and driving the Client Services transformation. The role emphasizes executive communication, cross-functional governance, and agile problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will translate vision into actionable plans, craft executive-grade presentations, and oversee critical strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years in strategic program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 with ability to build executive-ready decks and data models.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to manage cross-functional priorities.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and executive presence.

Responsabilités

• Translate vision into multi-year roadmaps and operational plans for Client Services Strategy.
• Create executive and team presentations, including C-Suite and Board materials.
• Own and manage the Client Services transformation plan with risk and milestone tracking.
• Develop project charters, milestones, risk mitigation, and decision logs.
• Align with Finance, Legal, Marketing, IT, Sales, and Product & Engineering.
• Conduct strategic research, benchmarking, and process design to tackle challenges.
• Synthesize data and market trends into concise executive memos and recommendations.
• Lead high-priority projects as strategic needs evolve.
