Job summary

Georgia Tech is seeking a professional to coordinate and provide administrative support for targeted programs and projects within the School of Architecture. You will interact with faculty and staff, advising and counseling them as needed while supporting multiple unit initiatives.

The role requires planning and executing events, managing calendars for the Chair, and occasional evenings/weekends. Experience with HR, procurement, and financial systems is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three to five years of job-related experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred; five+ years of experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and provide logistics for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate schedules and manage logistics for programs and initiatives.
  • Evaluate feasibility and sustainability of proposed programs and initiatives.
  • Support identification and execution of unit programs and projects.
  • Organize meeting materials and distribute as needed.
  • Track data for reports on targeted programs and initiatives.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on progress and milestones.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
