Job summary

Georgia Tech in Atlanta seeks an experienced Administrative Office Manager to support the Chair's strategic and administrative activities, oversee front office operations, and manage the RPT and PPR processes. Qualifications

  • Educational requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Eight to ten years job related experience is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative support staff in the School, including setting goals and managing performance; communicate changes to faculty and school operations as needed.
  • Serve as project manager for key initiatives and projects as assigned by the school chair.
  • Participate in outreach initiatives with the school Development & Communication teams.
  • Accompany school chair for high level visits from alums, donors and corporations.
  • Review the administrative, event, and office suite budgets.
  • Coordinate faculty evaluation process and maintain files; oversee annual and special event planning for the Chair; coordinate school search committee activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
