Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Engagement Director to lead 1-2 pivotal technology programs, guiding them from planning through delivery. You will partner with business and technology leaders to craft strategies, mobilize projects, and manage governance forums while ensuring value realization.

You will own business cases, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement, reporting to senior executives and nurturing key stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-10 years in a strategic program management role.
• Experience in management consulting or similar environments is desirable.
• Proactive problem-solving and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic program governance artifacts for executives and stakeholders.
• Manage delivery of large-scale programs, including risks, issues, and actions.
• Collaborate with business and technology owners to build program roadmaps and business cases.
• Measure program value, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage senior leaders in governance forums and mentor project teams.
