Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Program Consultant to manage programs within an assigned market or client account, delivering strategic initiatives.

You will create timelines, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders, review requirements across sources, and guide cross-functional projects end-to-end using formal processes. Responsibilities include developing charters and integrated timelines, leading status meetings, escalating issues, and presenting updated reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• LEED AP, PMP or CMM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create timelines, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Review requirements and dependencies to ensure consistency of approach.
• Guide small to medium cross-functional projects end-to-end using formal processes.
• Develop a charter and integrated timeline and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead regular status meetings and manage project communications.
• Collaborate with core team to develop solutions and manage project implementation.
• Present routine reports and updated Gantt charts.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
• Model CBRE RISE values and build consensus across teams.
