Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Menlo Park, CA seeks a strategic and commercially minded Program Management Director to lead a high-value Tenant Improvement program across a global technology client's campus. This on-site role focuses on financial rigor, benchmarking, and delivery across $30M–$100M projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in general contracting and program management, PMP/PgMP preferred, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional teams and deliver on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.
• Experience managing Tenant Improvement and New Construction projects in tech labs/workplace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily team activities and mentor staff.
• Oversee large cross-functional workplace and tech lab projects end-to-end.
• Ensure schedule adherence and escalate issues for timely completion.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Develop solutions with key stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Create PMO reports and updated Gantt charts.
