Job summary

You will manage budgets, cross-functional teams, and partnerships with technology vendors while advancing CBRE's digital transformation and cybersecurity standards. This role is based in Redmond, WA, and reports to Global Workplace Services leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in engineering, facilities technology, digital transformation, or smart buildings.
• Experience leading managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams in a complex service-delivery environment.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, contracts, and procurement activities.
• Ability to present complex information to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Digital Engineering strategy, priorities, and roadmap.
• Lead delivery and lifecycle management of digital engineering services and platforms.
• Provide executive oversight for building automation, IoT, and analytics programs.
• Establish service standards, metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, contracts, procurement, and vendor performance.
• Sponsor innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
