Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PgMP or PMP preferred.
• 10+ years in commercial construction Tenant Improvement and New Construction programs.
• Experience staffing, training, coaching, measuring performance, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily activities of the team and schedule deadlines.
• Oversee large cross-functional workplace and tech lab projects from end to end.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule; escalate and resolve issues to complete on time.
• Manage internal and external relationships to support programs.
• Develop solutions with stakeholders and guide project teams.
