Job summary

CBRE is seeking a technology advisory professional to lead end-to-end engagements for large enterprise occupiers, spanning diagnostics, requirements development, vendor evaluation, and final recommendations. You will map data flows across CRE systems and adjacent platforms, and facilitate workshops to surface must-have versus nice-to-have capabilities.

You will develop RTMs, gap analyses, and vendor scorecards, while collaborating with internal teams across six CRE workstreams to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise technology advisory engagements.
• Current-state discovery and requirements development experience.
• Vendor evaluation and RFP/RFI processes experience.
• Familiarity with CRE technology stack including IWMS/CAFM/CMMS.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology advisory engagements for enterprise occupier clients, including diagnostics, maturity assessments, requirements traceability, vendor shortlisting, RFP/RFI management, demonstrations, and final recommendations.
• Conduct structured stakeholder interviews and workshops to extract must-have vs. nice-to-have requirements and surface gaps.
• Develop advisory artifacts such as RTMs, gap analyses, technical stack maps, vendor scorecards, demo scripts, maturity assessments, and executive-ready decks.
• Collaborate across six CRE workstreams: Occupancy/Space, Lease Admin/Accounting, Transaction Management, Facilities/CMMS/IWMS, Capital Projects, Smart Buildings and AI in CRE.
