You will partner with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to drive strategy, innovation, and a technology-enabled transformation across enrollment and premium processing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 12-15 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience leading government services programs in Health and Human Services.
• Proven track record managing large, complex client-facing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Ensure operations comply with contract requirements and regulations.
• Lead strategic program planning and prioritize operational goals.
• Manage administrative operations including budget, controls, and HR.
• Define milestones and secure resources for initiatives.
• Guide RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with management approaches.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation.
• Establish governance, risk management, and escalation processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
