Qualifications

• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion; security minded.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
• Expertise in logistics orchestration and calendar management across time zones.
• In-office role based in Reston, VA; eligible for U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of engagements with customers and VIP delegations.
• Coordinate stakeholder operations and protocol requirements.
• Coordinate program-level reviews across engineering, finance, and schedules.
• Manage security and visit protocol for engagements.
• De-conflict master program timelines and leadership schedules.
• Direct travel logistics and briefing coordination.
• Act as operational liaison for visiting dignitaries and external partners.
• Collaborate across engineering, BD, and operations to sustain momentum.
