The Paul Angell Foundation seeks a Manager of Program Initiatives to coordinate department-wide projects, translate priorities into actionable plans, and support the VP of Programs across programs. The role emphasizes organization, collaboration, and steady execution in a growing philanthropy setting.

You will help design processes, track deliverables, convene teams, and prepare materials for leadership and board planning while balancing change with clarity and empathy across the Programs

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years in project/program management, nonprofit/philanthropy, or related fields.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Experience supporting teams through growth and change, with new processes and structures.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a project management partner to the Vice President of Programs, helping advance department-wide priorities.
• Coordinate Program Director meetings, agendas, decisions, action items, and follow-up.
• Strengthen communication and information flow among VP, program Directors, and other departments.
• Support planning of Programs Department meetings, retreats, and team convenings.
• Develop implementation plans and coordination across cross-program initiatives.
• Prepare materials to support leadership decisions and Board planning.
