Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee strategic initiatives and processes. You will translate organizational priorities into actionable plans, coordinate across departments, and monitor performance to ensure goals are met.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in program management, experience driving cross-functional programs, and a track record of using data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in program management or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and initiatives.
• Experience using performance metrics and data to evaluate outcomes.
• Experience supporting organizational change and growth initiatives preferred.
• Experience providing leadership and coaching to teams.
• Experience within a regulated or complex operating environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for assigned programs, initiatives, processes, or platforms, ensuring alignment with priorities and performance expectations.
• Translate strategic priorities into objectives, implementation plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and stakeholders to support program execution.
• Establish, monitor, and communicate program performance measures, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Identify gaps and opportunities and develop solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
• Lead or support implementation of new programs, processes, policies, or initiatives.
• Ensure programs operate in accordance with policies, standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Evaluate priorities, capacity, workflows, and resource needs and suggest adjustments.
• Build relationships across departments and act as point of coordination for program issues.
• Provide guidance or coaching to employees and project teams as assigned.
• Maintain governance, documentation, reporting, communication, and decision-making processes.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, integrity, and organizational effectiveness.
