The Paul Angell Foundation is seeking a highly organized Manager of Program Initiatives to partner with the VP of Programs, coordinate cross-program priorities, and drive department-wide projects from planning to execution. The role emphasizes change management, communication, and ensuring action items are clearly assigned and tracked.

Responsibilities include supporting Board planning, developing presentations, coordinating meetings, and partnering with Grants Management, Talent and Culture,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years in project/program management or organizational development.
• Experience working across teams and with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage department-wide projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking systems.
• Coordinate cross-program initiatives and stakeholder involvement.
• Translate priorities into concrete actions, timelines, and owners.
• Identify risks and barriers and work with partners to address them.
• Support board planning, materials, and communications.
