The Paul Angell Foundation seeks a Manager of Learning and Development to lead organization-wide staff development, leadership coaching, and equity-focused initiatives. You will translate values into leadership practices, design trainings, and build scalable learning infrastructure in collaboration with the Talent and Culture team.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 6+ years in learning and development, organizational development, talent management, leadership development, HR, or a related field.
• Experience designing and implementing learning programs, including curriculum design and facilitation of adult learning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement organization-wide learning and development strategy.
• Design and facilitate trainings, workshops, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Build scalable learning systems, tools, and processes incl. a formal LMS.
• Evaluate initiatives and adjust based on feedback and needs.
• Lead equity work and reinforce consistent management expectations.
• Support performance management, employee development, and career pathways.
