Job summary

Saliense seeks a program management support professional in the Arlington area to assist with integrated services for DHS-related councils and stakeholder engagements. The role entails planning, materials preparation, notetaking, and tracking action items to ensure progress and accountability.

The ideal candidate will leverage PowerBI and Microsoft Project to develop schedules, dashboards, and reporting, while contributing to research on infrastructure and security policy.

Qualifications

• Experience providing support in the delivery of integrated programmatic, operational, and analytical services.
• Capable of planning and supporting unclassified meetings with large volumes.
• Ability to develop agendas, pre-reads, briefing materials, and meeting documentation.
• Tracking recommendations, action items, and implementation using task management tools.
• Experience producing research products on infrastructure, cyber and security policy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support ~500 meetings per year including scheduling and notetaking.
• Develop and deliver action item/recommendation tracking reports.
• Monitor progress with SOPs and dashboards for accountability.
• Leverage PowerBI and MS Project for schedules and forecasting.
• Produce progress updates and annual summaries for advisory groups.
