Job summary

Saliense in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Program Manager to deliver integrated programmatic, operational, analytical, and technical writing services for DHS/CISA council governance. You will develop agendas, briefing materials, and meeting documentation in a classified environment, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely outputs.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience delivering integrated programmatic, operational, analytical, and technical writing services for DHS/CISA governance bodies.
• Ability to develop classified agendas, pre-reads, briefing materials, and meeting documentation with collaboration and version control.
• Experience providing logistical support in a classified environment for council meetings, including registration, onsite support, attendance tracking, and interfacing with senior officials.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and prepare materials, using workflows and data collection tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities to document process improvements for council execution and to support decision making.
• Background in developing strategy papers, research memos, white papers, and issue analyses for leadership on physical security and cybersecurity policy.
• Proactive monitoring of emerging physical and cyber risks and technology trends informing advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather input and prepare materials for council meetings.
