Job summary

Saliense in Arlington, TX seeks a senior writer/analyst to support the CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division with programmatic, operational, analytical, and technical writing services in a classified setting.

You will develop agendas, pre-reads, briefing materials, meeting documentation, and manage coordination with internal/external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and accessibility of materials.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering integrated programmatic, operational, analytical, and technical writing services for government councils and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
• Ability to develop classified agendas, pre-reads, briefing materials, and meeting documentation with version control.
• Experience providing logistical support in a classified environment for council meetings, including registration, onsite support, and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to gather input and prepare materials, using workflows/data collection tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities to document process improvements and support decision making.
• Experience developing strategy papers and issue analyses related to physical security and cybersecurity policy.
• Proactive monitoring of emerging physical and cyber risks and technology trends.

Responsibilities
