Job summary

Saliense Consulting LLC is seeking a senior program leader to support SRMA with strategic planning, facilitation, and performance management. The role requires deep expertise in National Critical Infrastructure Protection policy and coordination with state/local governments.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, manage risks, and deliver clear executive updates. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in related roles, strong stakeholder management skills, and a PMP credential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting SRMA with strategic planning, facilitation services, sector outreach, and performance management and assessments.
• 7+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through closeout with on-time delivery.
• Technical expertise in National Critical Infrastructure Protection policy and strategy and state/local government program operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with executives, clients, and delivery teams; translate complexity into clear communication.
• Proactive in identifying risks, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution in fast-changing environments.
• Experience establishing governance structures, KPIs, and executive status reports, dashboards, and risk registers.
• Ability to connect execution to organizational strategy and influence portfolio-level prioritization.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of experience supporting SRMA with strategic planning, facilitation services, sector outreach, and performance management and assessments.
• 7+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through closeout, with a track record of delivering on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Technical expertise in National Critical Infrastructure Protection policy and strategy as well as, State/local government critical infrastructure program operations and structures.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, clients, and delivery teams; skilled at translating technical complexity into clear, decision-ready communication
• Proactive approach to identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues before they escalation to keep programs on track in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
• Experience establishing program governance structures, defining KPIs, and producing executive-level status reports, dashboards, and risk registers.
• Establish and maintain technical and financial reports that clearly demonstrate progress of projects to management.
• Ability to connect day-to-day execution to organizational strategy, identify dependencies across initiatives, and influence prioritization decisions at the portfolio level.
