The Trade Desk is a global technology company that enables advertisers to reach audiences across the open internet. We are seeking a client services professional to lead accounts, build strong relationships with brands and agencies, and guide clients on programmatic marketing using our platform.

You will collaborate with Sales & Trading, own onboarding, and help shape product improvements while mentoring teammates and growing client business with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing experience required.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
• Strong time management and deadline-driven work style.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; ability to analyze large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a roster of accounts, growing clients’ business.
• Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform and advise on marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales & Trading to grow accounts and meet client goals.
• Develop relationships with brand and agency clients as a consultant to their business.
• Own onboarding and ongoing training for new clients and platform enhancements.
• Lead, think ahead, and move accounts forward rather than just manage tasks.
• Provide product feedback to Product Management and Partnerships.
