Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a Program Security Manager to lead security activities within a program office, integrating security in strategic program decisions from capture to execution. You will support security, business development and program management initiatives across Programs and Engineering.

The role requires 3–5 years in DoD/DoE or industrial security, a strong understanding of government guidelines, and the ability to influence program strategy. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in security administration or related study required.
• 3-5 years of DoD/DoE or industrial security program experience.
• Experience with government sponsor and/or defense contractor environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all program office security activities.
• Coordinate with government agencies for rulings and deviations.
• Develop and manage security training tools and SCGs.
