Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related technical field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project/program management in commercial or defense industry.
• Experience working with government projects/programs and DoD customers; strong customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution, meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance targets.
• Establish project/program performance baselines and manage resource plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate contract negotiations and reviews.
• Develop risk management plans and monitor issues and opportunities.
• Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
