Job summary

The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Program Security Manager to act as the single point of contact for all program office security activities and to ensure security is integrated into program management from capture through execution.

Requirements include knowledge of the NISPOM and related standards, 3–5 years of DoD/industrial security experience, and eligibility to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in security administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of DoD/industrial security experience.
• Experience with government sponsor and/or defense contractor.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all program office security activities.
• Initiate and mature security, business development and program management working relationships for NISP activities across Programs and Engineering.
• Ensure that security is a key element in all program office business decisions.
• Integrate security in the strategic objective with program management from initiation of business capture strategies to program execution.
• Coordinate with government agencies to obtain rulings, interpretations and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations.
