Job summary

The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. in Cambridge, MA seeks a seasoned Program Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of medium to large projects with complex technical requirements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage cost/schedule/quality, and serve as primary customer partner across DoD/IC engagements. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 7+ years of program management experience, and the ability to obtain/maintain a government security

Qualifications

• 7 years professional experience in project/program management in commercial or defense industry required
• Strong understanding of DoW and/or IC customers, including knowledge of customer issues, market opportunities, and contracting procedures
• Experience with government projects/programs and risk management across the full lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution, including meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance targets
• Lead review sessions to ensure scope and requirements are met and manage supplier performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships throughout the program lifecycle
• Support contract negotiations, reporting, and changes while ensuring compliance with quality standards
