The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership potential, and teamwork, with a focus on MS Project expertise and alignment with department budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BA.
• 8-10 years of IT, Business Analyst, and/or Systems Operational support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure major Projects and Programs Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) are integrated across functional groups.
• Engage with the Program Team to analyze schedules and improve performance.
• Perform risk analyses and resolve critical path conflicts.
• Develop new scheduling concepts, techniques, and standards.
• Support recommendations on schedule methodologies and IMS development.
• Lead day-to-day activities on complex projects and coordinate with resource managers.
