Job summary

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst Requirements Manager to support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). The role delivers analytical, requirements management, portfolio management, and program integration support to government stakeholders and PMO leadership.

The position emphasizes PPBE activities, requirements intake and adjudication, and integrated program execution with close collaboration to program managers and directorates. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher with 8+ years in DoD/Federal program management
• Experience leading large, complex projects for DoD or Federal Government
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information and develop executive-level reports

Responsibilities

• Support PMO leadership and government stakeholders with analytical, portfolio, and requirements management.
• Develop and maintain requirements methodologies, processes, tools, and documentation.
• Manage requirements intake, prioritization, adjudication, and tracking activities.
• Support PPBE planning and execution activities.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Monitor cost, schedule, performance, and program risks.
• Apply EVM and project control principles to measure performance.
• Coordinate with Program Managers and Directorates for integrated execution.
• Facilitate change management and maintain documentation.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to government leadership.
