Job summary

Premier Enterprise Solutions, LLC seeks a highly skilled Program Analyst Requirements Manager to support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). The role provides analytical, requirements management, portfolio management, and program integration to Government stakeholders and PMO leadership.

The successful candidate will work with Program Managers and senior Government stakeholders to support PPBE activities, requirements intake/adjudication, and integrated program execution.

Qualifications

• Leading large, complex projects for DoW or Federal Gov
• Experience managing requirements, scheduling, cost, and performance data
• Proven ability to develop reports and executive briefings
• Experience with PPBE processes and governance

Responsibilities

• Support Program Manager and Government stakeholders through analytical, portfolio management, and requirements management.
• Develop and maintain requirements methodologies, processes, tools, and documentation.
• Manage requirements intake, prioritization, adjudication, and tracking.
• Support PPBE activities and integrated program execution.
• Develop integrated schedules and milestones using Microsoft Project.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and program risks.
• Coordinate with Directorates to support execution activities.
• Facilitate change management and maintain documentation.
• Provide recommendations to Government leadership.
