Job summary

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). This role conducts research, analyzes policy initiatives affecting cybersecurity, digital forensics, cyber operations, and enterprise programs.

You will develop policy recommendations, manage complex projects, engage stakeholders, and support governance and performance measurement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience developing/managing policy for cyber, forensics, or threat analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate across all organizational levels in written and oral forums.
• Knowledge of policies impacting cybersecurity, forensics, cyber training, and system development.
• Familiarity with national cyber intelligence programs.
• Knowledge of DoW and U.S. Intelligence Community resource planning policy.

• Conduct research and analysis of complex policy issues.
• Evaluate existing policies for effectiveness.
• Identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Manage policy projects, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.

• Represent DC3 in meetings, forums, and working groups.
• Maintain policy documentation and records.
