Job summary

Amtex Systems Inc is looking for a Principal, Program Manager in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will drive program execution and performance analysis while managing training and development within the Aerospace & Defense industry.

Key responsibilities include overseeing program execution, baseline planning, and implementing PM tools. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of relevant experience, including a strong focus on proposal management and Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance and travel approximately 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years of proposal management.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Proven track record in DOD projects and FAR/DFAR environment.
