Amtex Systems Inc is looking for a Principal, Program Manager in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will drive program execution and performance analysis while managing training and development within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
Key responsibilities include overseeing program execution, baseline planning, and implementing PM tools. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of relevant experience, including a strong focus on proposal management and Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance and travel approximately 25% of the time.
Competenze
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years of proposal management.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- Proven track record in DOD projects and FAR/DFAR environment.
Mansioni
- Drive predictable program execution and own performance analysis.
- Manage division PM training and certification programs.
- Ensure PMO staffing for program proposals and execution.
